(A) Delivery & Shipping Policy
We currently provide Next Day Delivery Facility within Kolkata (selected areas only).
Express Shipping is available.
Cash on Delivery (COD) facility is available only in selected pincodes within Kolkata.
Exclusive handmade products such as Brass or Copper Utensils, Topor, Patashir, Wooden Jhula and Singhaasan may take:
3–6 days for delivery within Kolkata
15–30 days for delivery outside Kolkata
During festive periods such as Ganesh Chaturthi, Navaratri, Durga Puja, Diwali, etc., delivery timelines may increase:
3–5 days within Kolkata
15–20 days outside Kolkata
Shipping charges may vary depending on product type, order value, delivery location, and time of order.
Additional shipping charges may apply for exclusive handmade products.
Once the parcel is dispatched from our end within the committed time, any delay caused by the courier company or due to serviceability issues is beyond our control.
We do not provide refunds for courier delays after dispatch. Customers must directly contact the courier service provider for further assistance.
