Return and Refund Policy
At Namita Trading & Com, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Refund, Return & Cancellation Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligible Cases for Return / Refund / Replacement
We will be responsible in the following cases:
If you receive a damaged product (Refund or Replacement option available)
If you receive a wrong product (Refund or Replacement option available)
If any item is missing from the parcel (Refund or Redelivery option available)
If you want to replace the delivered item with another design (Customer must bear shipping charges)
Replacement processing may take 7–10 working days.
2. Important Return Conditions
You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.
Do not accept the parcel if it is damaged or unsealed from the outside.

Without proper video and photo proof, return or refund claims will not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable / Non-Applicable Situations
You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the date of delivery.

4. Shipping Charges Policy
In case of design replacement or voluntary return, the customer must bear both forward and return shipping charges.
Shipping charges may vary depending on packaging size and courier policies to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are encouraged to contact us before placing an order for clarification regarding shipping charges.
5. Handmade Product Disclaimer
Most of our products are completely handmade. Therefore, slight variations in design, color, or dimensions may occur. Topor and Mukut are made from Shola material. In case of minor issues (like stone or lace coming off), it can be fixed using Fevicol.
(Do not use Fevikwik or Dendrite.)
6. Delivery Timeline
Kolkata Orders: 2–5 working days (depending on the product)
Outside Kolkata: 7–20 days (depending on the product)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only for selected pincodes within Kolkata.
For auspicious events like weddings, Annaprashan, Upanayan, or Puja ceremonies, customers are advised to place orders at least 20 days in advance.

Cash on Delivery is available only for selected Kolkata locations.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
